Please carefully review the following important information before confirming your travel arrangements with LuxeAdria. By making a reservation or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Review of Travel Documents

Upon receiving your travel documents, please review all details immediately to ensure accuracy. It is your responsibility to verify that all information (names, dates, destinations, and travel times) is correct. Contact LuxeAdria promptly if any discrepancies are found.

2. Proof of Identity

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and other international authorities require all travelers to present valid, government-issued identification at check-in. The name, date of birth, and gender listed on your ID must exactly match your airline ticket and booking record.
Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or security delays.

For international travel, a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date is mandatory. Depending on your nationality and destination, one or more visas may be required. Non-local passport holders are responsible for confirming entry requirements with the relevant embassies or consulates.

3. Flight Check-In

To ensure timely boarding and security clearance, please check in:

  • 1–1.5 hours before domestic flights
  • 2–3 hours before international flights

4. Reconfirmation of Flights

Flight schedules may change without prior notice. Reconfirm all departure times 24 hours before domestic flights and up to 72 hours before international flights. Failure to use a confirmed reservation may result in automatic cancellation of connecting or return segments and forfeiture of fares.

5. Promotional, Excursion, and Group Fares

Certain fares and group packages are subject to special restrictions. Changes to travel details may result in additional charges. Group tours may require a minimum number of participants. If the number of travelers falls below the minimum required, LuxeAdria reserves the right to impose a surcharge or cancel the tour.

6. Changes to Travel Plans

If your plans change, contact LuxeAdria or the service provider directly. Depending on the fare conditions, unused tickets may sometimes be reissued toward future travel, subject to change fees and applicable fare differences.

7. Accommodations

Hotel bookings are generally guaranteed upon payment. Cancellation or modification policies vary by property. Failure to check in (“no-show”) may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

8. Tickets

Most airlines issue electronic tickets (e-tickets). You must present valid photo identification and flight information upon check-in. If a paper ticket is issued and later lost, stolen, or destroyed, it must be repurchased until a refund (if applicable) is obtained from the airline. Please contact LuxeAdria for assistance.

9. Prices and Currency Adjustments

All prices are subject to change before full payment due to fluctuations in exchange rates, government-imposed fees, or supplier cost changes. Once full payment is received, no price increases will apply unless mandated by government taxes, airline surcharges, or similar regulatory fees. For your protection, LuxeAdria recommends paying by credit card, as this may provide recourse in the event of supplier insolvency.

10. Hazardous Materials and Insecticide Regulations

Federal law prohibits passengers from carrying hazardous materials (e.g., aerosols, fireworks, flammable liquids) on aircraft. For information, visit the FAA’s prohibited items webpage. Certain destinations may also require in-flight insecticide spraying; refer to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s disinfection policy page for more details.

11. Baggage Policies and Fees

Each airline sets its own baggage allowance and applicable fees. Please review the baggage policies of your carrier before departure.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Most suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.) apply cancellation fees once a booking is confirmed. In some cases, bookings are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to LuxeAdria. Refund eligibility depends on each supplier’s individual policy. If LuxeAdria cancels a trip, our liability is limited to the amount paid and held by us at that time.

13. Processing Fees

Transaction or service fees may apply to various actions such as reservations, exchanges, refunds, or rebookings. If a disputed credit card charge is later validated, additional handling fees may apply.

14. Notice of Responsibility

LuxeAdria acts solely as an agent for independent suppliers providing transportation, lodging, tours, and other travel-related services. We are not the source or provider of such services and are not liable for:

  • Any act, error, or omission of the supplier;
  • Service interruptions, schedule changes, or bankruptcies;
  • Loss, injury, or damage resulting from events beyond our control.

Your payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. LuxeAdria is not responsible for any supplier’s failure to deliver services, comply with applicable laws, or meet performance standards.

15. Travel Insurance

LuxeAdria strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellation, delays, lost baggage, or medical emergencies. Coverage terms and conditions are set forth by the insurance provider.

16. International Travel Advisory

For safety and preparedness, travelers are encouraged to register with their country’s foreign affairs department (e.g., Smart Traveler Enrollment Program for U.S. citizens). For health-related guidance, please consult official health authorities or the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website.

17. Criminal Convictions and Entry Restrictions

Certain countries may deny entry to individuals with prior convictions, including misdemeanors or DUIs. It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify entry requirements with the relevant consulate before departure.

18. Duplicate Bookings

Duplicate reservations may result in automatic cancellation by airlines or suppliers. LuxeAdria bears no responsibility for losses arising from such cancellations.

19. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable upon receipt. Overdue balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. In the event of collection, all legal and administrative costs, including attorney’s fees, shall be borne by the purchaser.

20. SMS Communications Policy

By using our website, you consent to receive SMS communications related to your travel arrangements. Information collected for this purpose will not be shared with third parties.

21. Governing Law
